Seaboard Express Transportation Services, LLC is looking for experienced, Class-A CDL driver professionals for OTR positions to meet increasing demand from our dedicated customers.

• Pay plan: Experienced drivers start at .39/mile (loaded and empty) along with weekly salary. Drivers are compensated for detention time, multiple stops, driver assistance, etc.

• Driver pay increases: Per mile and salary increases over time with company experience and good performance

The driver must:

- Be at least 24 years of age.

- Have at least 2 years recent verifiable experience using the same or similar equipment as operated in our fleet.

- Must have only one, valid CDL from the current state of residence.

- Pass a rigorous road test administered by Seaboard Express.

- Be able to physically operate a tractor-trailer, including entering/exiting tractor or trailer, loading or unloading trailer, lifting boxes and when necessary, operating a pallet jack.

- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and a post offer function test.

- Be able to read and write sufficiently to maintain records, and understand bills of lading, company notices and the driver's manual.

- Must be able to receive and follow driving directions.

- Possess a suitable work history. This includes the ability to serve customers, work with others and to show commitment to the company safety policy, operations, and paperwork considerations.

- Possess a suitable driving history. This includes no more than 3 incidents, accidents, or moving violations on driving record in the past 36 months.

- Have a FIRM understanding of the Hours of Service regulations set forth by the FMCSA.
