Optimum Source, Inc is currently in search for Account Executives to join one of our BPO teams.

Job Description:

The Outbound Sales Executive will be working for Optimum Source, Inc. (not a recruitment firm);

Responsible for calling up Senior-Level Business people globally to sell delegate tickets to conferences, summits, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, etc;

Will involve whole sales cycle not just an appointment setting or lead gen account;

This is not a "hard sell" role but instead a consultative approach is needed;

Leads are already provided;

Selling is not only thru telesales but will also involved email correspondences and inbound.

Job Requirements:

Should have at least 2 years experience in outbound, telesales, telemarketing

With experience in B2B setting an advantage

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with "C Level" executives and decision makers.
