Our top drivers earn $85K–$90K per year, hauling high-volume refrigerated freight with 99% no-touch deliveries. Weekly mileage averages 2,600–3,000 miles, keeping you moving and earning.

Drivers use the ISSAC ELD system, complete with an easy-to-use mobile device that simplifies compliance and daily operations. Enjoy one earned day off per week out, plus full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life coverage. We also offer pet and rider programs.

Driver Qualifications:

Active Class A CDL

Must be at least 21 years old

6 months recent OTR tractor-trailer experience (within 3 years)

Clean or reviewable MVR

No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL
