We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Customer Service & Information Processing Assistants. This work-from-home position supports daily operations by handling customer communication and processing internal information accurately. In this role, you will assist customers through inbound phone calls and written communication channels such as email or internal messaging systems. This position involves structured and routine tasks that require focus, consistency, and accountability. Training materials, written procedures, and quality standards will be provided during onboarding to help you understand expectations and workflows. Although the role is remote, you will stay connected with supervisors and team members through online communication tools for guidance and feedback.
