Leading company, located south of Downtown Atlanta is searching for a Benefits Analyst to join their team.

This position assists and supports the HR Manager with the administration of employee benefits to include communicating benefit plans and procedures to employees, new hire onboarding, manage relationships with third party benefit vendors and analyzes benefit programs.

In addition, will process bi-weekly payroll, review information from time reporting system, input changes to salary, support the development of custom reports, conduct benefit audits and assist in testing new payroll systems as well as implementing system updates.


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or closely related field

Minimum 2 years’ experience processing payroll, HRIS systems and Benefits Administration including State, Federal and Government filing requirements.

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
