Headway partners with fully licensed Mental Health Therapists to make insurance-based care easier for both providers and clients. This role allows therapists to independently manage a private practice while Headway handles credentialing, billing, and insurance logistics.

Therapists are compensated at $120–$131 per hour and gain access to Headway’s nationwide insurance network, including Medicaid and Medicare Advantage. The platform offers integrated scheduling, documentation templates, audit support, and secure communication tools. By simplifying practice management, Headway enables therapists to focus on high-quality care while expanding affordable access to mental health services.
