Job Description

Lead the design and development of applications using Java, SpringBoot, and Microservices.

Drive technical discussions, provide architectural guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in software development.

Work with Azure cloud services for deployment and integration.(Nice to Have )

Would be a plus if worked on SAAS based

Roles & Responsibilities

7–10 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, design patterns, and best practices.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
