Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international brokerage looking for an experienced biofuels and renewable energy broker to be based in their London office.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Responsible for expanding and developing new client base in European cleantech and green energy markets

Responsible for trade execution and deal structuring for clients in power, carbon and biofuels (gas and/or liquid)

Trading credits, allowances and certificates, including Levy Exemption Certificates, Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs), European CO2 allowances and Renewable Obligation Certificates

Providing market analysis and research on investment processes to clients

Role reports into the Managing Director

Key Qualifications / Experience

3 years’ experience in the European renewable energy sector

Experience with credits and certificates (ROCs, LECs, EUAs, CERs and ERUs)

Track record of increased sales activity and broad client portfolio

Fluency in multiple European languages would be an asset

Located in London (happy to relocate)
