THIS IS FOR DIRECT PLACEMENT TO OUR CLIENT ENGAGED IN POWER GENERATION SERVICES.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for developing sales and market strategies for the Philippines market.

2. Establish, cultivate and maintain key relationships with customers, business partners and

distributors.

3. Advise key stakeholders on competitive sales and market data, current development and trends

of customers and distribution channels.

4. Establish clear focus and direction for distributors/dealers in each location to achieve revenue

and profit objectives.

5. Provides marketing and technical support to distributors/dealers.

6. Analyses sales and market data to provide relevant information to senior management for

decision making.

7. Establish budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets for the market.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 8 years relevant sales experience in the power

generation business; or

2. Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years relevant sales experience

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Proficient in written and spoken English.

5. High self-drive and strives for high performance.

6. Able to work independently as well as a team player and enjoy interacting with people of all

levels.

7. Customer focused, committed and resourceful.

8. Solid proven sales track record and polished negotiation skills.

9. Proficiency in Personal Computers and Microsoft Office software

Supervisory Relationships

Reports to Regional Manager, Sales – S.E. Asia, Taiwan, Hong Kong & Bangladesh.

Frequent contacts with Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Engineering and Industrial

Solutions.

External Business Relationships

Frequent contacts with distributors, dealers, government bodies, existing and potential customers.
