TRAINING SPECIALIST - Hybrid Remote Richmond, Va.
• Analyze learning needs, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply instructional design principles to create effective and impactful training.
• Prepare, develop, and design training catalogs and develop instructor/student materials, and courses.
• Experience conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, or computer-based training
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and revise them based on feedback and performance data.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 6 years’ recent hands-on experience with the above listed skills, including OCM Learning Content, WalkMe, Enable Now, SAP ERP, at least 2 of the following modules Retail/RIS, MM/IM/EWM, OTB, P2P, OTC, SD, SCM, FICO, ARIBA, POS, CAR, in/on DoD enterprise software/systems.
• MUST Be Available for Hybrid Remote.
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields.
• REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(s): SAFe Agile.
• REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Secret Clearance.
