Job Responsibilities:

Sort packages by zip code for delivery.

Supervise temporary workers in package sorting operations.

Train temporary staff on sorting procedures and best practices.

Perform daily equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.

Keep the warehouse clean and organized.

Coordinate truck dispatching to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Design efficient delivery routes for drivers to optimize delivery time and fuel efficiency.

Track and manage exceptions, including damaged, lost, or delayed packages.

Work closely with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Is a quick learner.

Has some experience managing temporary workers.

Possesses basic computer skills.

Can work rotating shifts (6am–3pm / 2pm–12am).

Is responsible and able to work well under pressure.

Hourly Rate: $20–25 (depending on experience)
