Job Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries

Help customers compare and order low-cost internet plans

Assist with eligibility for discount internet programs

Schedule installations and follow up with customers

Provide friendly, professional customer service

Accurately enter customer information into our system

Requirements

Reliable internet connection

Computer, headset, and quiet workspace

Basic computer & typing skills

Strong communication skills

Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)

Self-motivated and dependable
