Redstone Commodity Search are working with London hedge fund looking to introduce a commodities Portfolio Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will have run a focused, unique strategy over a long sample size and be a specialist in a niche commodity sector.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Run and implement diversified strategies focused on niche commodity product futures and/or options

Develop trade ideas, be responsible for risk management and tactical portfolio management

Perform detailed fundamental, top down macro and quantitative analysis on commodity market fundamentals

Role reports into the CIO

Key Qualifications / Experience

Previous PnL track record of 18 months minimum in given strategy

Candidates will trade commodities products, not index

Previous experience and personal tracker record on a book of $100MM minimum

Minimum Sharpe of 1 for commodities portfolios

We cant consider asset allocators, fund of fund managers, commodity structurers or execution traders

Located in London, UK (happy to relocate)
