JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service / Technical Support Associate, you will:

Assist customers via voice, chat, or email depending on your assigned line of business

Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and high-quality service

Document interactions and follow process guidelines and compliance standards

Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism

Collaborate with your team and leaders to meet performance targets and deliver an excellent customer experience

SHS Graduate / HS Grad (Old Curriculum) / 2-Yr College / College Level or Graduate

Good English communication skills
