Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mississauga, ON, for the role of Logistics Coordinator.

The Logistics Coordinator will manage daily supply chain operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking and tracing and invoicing.

Responsibilities also include communicating with drivers and customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer service excellence by addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions.

Qualifications Strong Analytical skills to efficiently plan and coordinate driver schedules.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective collaboration and client relationship managementExperience in Supply Chain Management, with the ability to develop and implement efficient logistics strategiesProficiency in using relevant software for tracking and supply chain operationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detailPrevious experience in the logistics or related industry is an asset
