THE BARN
Friday and Saturday evenings required
The Barn is an exclusive social club that caters to members of Edwards Communities. We are looking for a full-time bartender who is familiar with a wide variety of drink recipes and excels in customer service. Our venue provides a variety of events including team trivia, live music, wine tastings and more.
Responsibilities and Duties: Candidate will be responsible for:
• Greeting guests.
• Opening bar prep.
• Full bar service including wine, beer and cocktails.
• Checking customers’ identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and drawer balancing.
• Maintaining a clean bar and dining area for guests.
• Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be 21 years of age
• Two to Three years of bartending experience.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Positive and engaging personality.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of drink preparation.
• Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
• Ability to work in a loud environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
