Silver Stone Castle & Family Entertainment is seeking an experienced, talented, and reliable Bartender to join our team! Your Role: Mixologist, Salesperson, and Host

You are the life of the bar, responsible for the drinks, the atmosphere, and the inventory. Your key responsibilities will include:

Mixology & Service: Preparing and serving a full range of beverages, including craft cocktails, wine, and beer, with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

Guest Engagement: Providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, handling tabs, making recommendations, and creating a welcoming, lively atmosphere for all guests.

Inventory & Control: Accurately handling cash and credit transactions, managing bar inventory (including liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes), and minimizing waste.

Bar Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area at all times, strictly adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Compliance: Verifying customer identification and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all state and local liquor laws.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

Experience: Minimum [X] years of recent, high-volume bartending experience is required.

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and draft beer management.

Certifications: Current [State/Local Required Certification, e.g., TABC, R.A.M.P.] certification is required.

Stamina & Speed: Ability to manage a busy well, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
