[What the role is]Deputy Manager / Manager (Marketing Communications)
[What you will be working on]
You will play a key role in planning and delivering initiatives that explain land transport policies, highlight projects and strengthen our connection with the public. We are looking for a dynamic, people-centred communicator who enjoys working across projects — from managing our Advocates Programme (stakeholder engagement and community building), to content development and corporate branding.
Manage and Grow the Advocates Programme
Develop strategies and design activities to attract, onboard and retain advocates from diverse backgrounds.
Identify and build relationships with key partners and groups.
Organise engagement sessions, workshops and community events.
Oversee budget, vendor management and event delivery.
Drive Communications and Outreach Projects
Content development for publications, and internal communications.
Support corporate branding efforts and ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
Provide advice to internal departments and help shape organisation-wide narratives.
[What we are looking for]
Qualifications & Experience
Knowledge in Corporate Communications and Marketing.
At least 5–7 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, community outreach, advocacy or partnerships.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
Knowledge of engagement strategies, events and digital tools.
Skills & Attributes
Strong people and relationship-building skills.
Clear, confident communicator in both writing and speaking.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
Curious, creative and open to new ideas.
