Security Clearance (must have been active within the past 24 months) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Control Representative to support the MH-139 aircraft program.
This role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance and release of MH-139 aircraft.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in aircraft maintenance operations, exceptional release procedures, and flight readiness certification.
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate, plan, and oversee maintenance and repair activities for MH-139 aircraft.
* Supervise maintenance teams across rotating shifts to meet daily flight schedules.
* Certify Aircraft/Engine Logbook entries and ensure all maintenance documentation is accurate and complete.
* Perform inspections to verify maintenance quality and readiness for flight.
* Manage workload priorities to maintain project schedules and operational readiness.
* Travel as needed to support detachments and offsite operations.
* Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and stakeholders-both verbally and in writing.
Basic Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, including configuration management and flight release support.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in operational and organizational maintenance or flight operations.
* Willingness to work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Hands-on O-Level maintenance experience.
* Familiarity with the Exceptional Release or Safe for Flight certification process.
Preferred Qualifications * Experience with MH-139 or AW139 aircraft systems.
* Background in military aircraft maintenance.
* Expertise in AFI 21-101 and related Air Force Instructions (AFIs), Operating Instructions (OIs), and Command Directives.
* Proficiency in 781 Series Aircraft Forms.
* MH-139/AW139 flight operations experience.
* Ability to work in environments with exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold, and other moderate discomforts.
Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or * Master's degree and 4+ years of experience, or * 10+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of formal education.
