$500 Hiring Bonus

$250 after 50 shifts worked

$250 after completing medication training

Support residents in practicing independent living skills

Encourage healthy boundaries, relationships, and lifestyle choices

Assist with budgeting, meal planning, and grocery shopping

Provide medication administration support

Accompany residents to medical appointments and other community activities What We're Looking For:

Some experience working in mental health

At least 18 years of age

A strong drive to help others, create positive relationships, and foster independence
