Shop Superintendent

Location: Stuttgart, AR

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (occasional Sundays as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Shop Superintendent to manage day-to-day operations in a fabrication shop. This position is responsible for overseeing employees, production schedules, and quality standards while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise shop staff, including foremen and fabricators

Manage multiple fabrication projects and workflows

Oversee fabrication, assembly, painting/finishing, and equipment maintenance

Monitor production performance and enforce safety standards

Ensure all work meets quality and deadline requirements Qualifications

Experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing (structural steel preferred)

Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols

Proven leadership and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with MS Office and related software

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred Apply
