Patient Centered Services – Home Care Division

Patient Centered Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to join our Home Care team in the Fairfax, VA area. We are committed to providing exceptional, patient-focused care that supports individuals in maintaining independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes.

Position: Caregiver / Home Care Aide

Location: Fairfax, VA

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Schedule: Flexible shifts available (full-time, part-time, weekdays, weekends)

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized in-home support to clients

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Support mobility and safe transfers

Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Medication reminders

Companionship and emotional support

Follow individualized care plans with attention to patient needs and preferences

Communicate any changes in client condition to the care team

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

CNA/HHA certification a plus, but not required

Must be reliable, compassionate, and patient-oriented

Ability to pass background checks and meet state home care requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
