Location: Baltimore, Maryland

Compensation: Competitive

Relocation: Available

The Project Manager direct a technical staff comprised of Engineers, Designers, CADD Technicians and other professional staff. The staff will report directly to the Project Manager. Project Managers are responsible for meeting project schedules and technical requirements.

Maintain good client relationships.

Manage multiple highway engineering projects including feasibility studies, design project, peer review and construction support.

Manage staff and resources to maintain project budgets.

Assist in the preparation of technical and price proposals and negotiate contracts.

Mnimum Requirements:

Professional Engineers License in the State of Maryland.

10 Years of progressive experience managing highway projects.

Demonstrated knowledge of AASHTO policy.

Working knowledge of MicroStation/Geopak/InRoads or AutoCADD Civil 3D.

Preferred Requirements:

Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Familiarity with Maryland standards and regulations.

Knowledge of automated office software such as MS Office.

Knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera and MS Project.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Design-Build experience.

Education/Certifications:

B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering.
