About the role

This position is 24 month FTC

As R&D Associate – Product and Pack Transfers, you will lead and support technical product transfers between manufacturing sites, ensuring product integrity, compliance, and timely execution. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless factory transitions while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities

The R&D Associate will work with the R&D Manager – Product and Pack Transfers on all technology transfers for Essential Home:

Lead technical transfer of products between factories, ensuring consistency in formulation, performance, and compliance.

Develop and execute transition plans, including technical assessments and validation plans

Coordinate factory line trials, with travel to support as required

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and R&D teams to meet project milestones.

Ensure all technical documentation, batch records, and validation protocols are updated and accurate.

Uphold safety and good housekeeping practices in lab

The experience we're looking for

Degree held in a relevant scientific field and with strong technical curiosity to solve complex problems

Proven track record of successful technical project delivery in FMCG or similar industry with understanding of requirements of R&D validation and product success criteria.

Strong understanding of factory transfer processes.

Good formulation knowledge and understanding of chemical interactions.

Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience in risk management

Strong intellectual curiosity, with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools.
