Salesforce QA Automation Lead

Job Responsibilities: Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing for Salesforce platforms.

Identify areas for improvement in test processes, analyze results, and troubleshoot defects.

Ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with Agile delivery timelines.

Create and maintain test documentation, including test strategies, plans, and data.

Participate in requirement reviews to gain insights into functional specifications and provide feedback.Technical Skills: Proficiency in test automation tools and techniques, including functional, regression, and integration.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds and web component automation.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD Knowledge of web development frameworks, such as WebDriver IO.

Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in QA, including designing and developing test automation frameworks.

3+ years of hands-on experience with WebDriver IO.

1+ years of experience in API Automation using tools like Rest Assured, Postman, or ReadyAPI.

1+ years of experience in Azure DevOps for defect management, test management, and repository usage.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based testing environments.

Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies.

Advanced certifications in test automation, quality assurance, or Salesforce development/administration.
