Japanese Client Services Technician

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities

• Responsible in answering to client and customer inquiry received from help desk ticketing system, email, telephone calls, call backs, or escalations

• Give assistance to the users of laptops, desktop, printing and telecommunications system

• Troubleshoot, and provide solutions to issues and problems in person and through phone calls, remote desktop and e-mail

• Responsible in dealing with escalations as assigned

Requirements

• Native/Non-Native Japanese fluent in Japanese and English

• Preferably with at least 1-3 years’ experience

• PC desktop support in a corporate environment

• Knowledgeable on desktop operating systems (e.g. Windows 7, Windows 8, OSX)

• At least have a technical understanding of PC components (e.g. video cards, motherboards, etc.)

• At least has a basic knowledge of networking protocols and components within a corporate WAN
