• Communicate fluently using Japanese and English

• Responsible in handling, dealing with objection and closing payment skills

• Responsible in working in a quota-driven environment aggressively and energetically

• Must be process and detail oriented

• Answer phone calls energetically and with confidence

• Must have an excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Make decisions according with departmental policies and procedures

• Responsible in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees

• Responsible in deciding for a solution to solve problems related to computer system software and operations

Location: Taguig City

Salary: Negotiable


• Must be fluent in Japanese and English

• Preferably at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any related courses

• Must have at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related

• Preferably with 1-4 years’ experienced specializing in Finance, Customer Service and/or Technical Support or any related fields

• Experience/background in utilizing and creating spreadsheets is an advantage

• Must have strong analytical/problem solving skills

• Knowledgeable in computer operations and computer systems analysis

• Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Documented, excellent attendance record in previous positions

• Capable to follow complex oral and written instructions

• Must be willing to start as soon as possible
