Days and Hours: M-F 8-5pm or 7-4pm

Duration: 1 month, could be 2-3 months

Responsibilities:

• Submit onboarding/offboarding for new contractors

• Update resource/project gantt chart with CCE leads (monthly)

• Pull adhoc reports for CCE leads

• Be the SME for the new PPM tool (Clarizon) to help the team with tracking their time (contractor may receive a lot of repetitive questions)

• Request new contractors/employees access to Clarizon tool and show them how it works

Required Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in an administrative role

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

• Excel skills-Ability to pick up on new computer systems quickly

• Great communication

• Problem Solver-Any prior experience with recruiting or staffing preferred but not required
