• Account management of existing customers – own the relationship with buyers

• Manages conflict – internal and external on behalf of the team

• Accountable to high quote-to-order close rates on assigned opportunities

• Accountable to commercial excellence

• Identifies actionable growth plans for supported customer base

• Issues quotes and works to convert to orders

• Review all incoming orders and manage appropriate approvals prior to the order booking

This is a high-activity, dynamic position that requires a great deal of initiative in the commercial and communication areas. It requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Position requires a great deal of team work and working closely with associates in various roles within the commercial support organization (Order Entry, Technical Support, & Sales) as well as Supply Chain (Production and Planning).

Position requires that continuing growth from a technical and commercial aspect by self-study and through company sponsored training.

Reporting Relationship:

The Inside Sales Professional will report directly to CCS/SW Inside Sales Team Leader.

Prior Experience/Skills:

» 5+ years Inside Sales experience including full order closure ownership (quota); including pipeline and opportunity management

» Experience with Databases and/or Customer Relationship Management Systems (as a user)

» Outstanding telephone etiquette & communication skills

» Comfortable with talking to customers (external & internal)

» Strong organizational skills

» Ability to multitask & manage high volumes of activity & demonstrate measurable results

» Proficiency in MS-Office applications (Word, Excel)

» Proven commitment to commercial excellence
