Bilingual Japanese Mobile Application Support (Non-Voice)
Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Salary: P 100,000 – P 130,000
• Perform excellent assistance to customers
• Deal and answer emails and give the information needed
• Responsible in resolving customers’ problem and deal with escalation of issues
• Responsible in ensuring service standards
• Make sure that the target is achieve
• Responsible to cooperate with the entire team
• Native/Non-Native Japanese fluent in Japanese and English
• JLPT certificate is an advantage for Non-Native
• Have at least 2yrs in College
• Preferably with BPO Experience
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
