1. Responsible for washing, peeling, cutting a variety of ingredients, in order to complete the work of the pre-cooking 2. Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables and meats 3. Assist in the production of meals 4. Refer to list of needed ingredients on a day-to-day basis and check inventory 5. Acquire ingredients not available in storage prior to the start of the day 6. Assist in the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils 7. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens and grills for cooking purposes 8. Maintain knowledge of all recipes

1. At least 1 year experience as chef / carver in a Chinese restaurant 2. Demonstrate passion for cooking 3. Creative in the food preparation 4. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage

Required experience:

At least: 1 year
