Our company has been engaged to identify hard working Administrative Assistant for one of our biggest clients in manufacturing industry.
We are looking for a contract employee to assist with the clean-up of Vendor Master Data at our location in Blair, NE.
DURATION: 4 month contract
The Description, Job Requirements, and Skills for this position are:
To clean up our current vendor information we need to gather email addresses for all of our vendors. This will include searching the web as well as using the phone number information in our system to reach out to the vendors. It is expected that at least 15 company emails will be gathered on a daily basis and address information is confirmed. Once the vendor has been contacted and updated information is provided then it will need to be updated in a spreadsheet that can be used to update our current ERP systems.
This will involve heavy phone work.
• Microsoft Experience in Outlook and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to meet deadlines and stick to processes
• Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Customer service skills
• Procurement and SAP knowledge, a plus
At a minimum, a 7-year background check, education verification, employment verification, and drug screen will be conducted upon hire. Your suitability for employment is contingent upon successfully passing these required pre-employment screenings.
