Job Description

Update customer data and produce activity reports

Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues

Respond to requests for general assistance in person, via phone/electronically

Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution

Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations

Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services


Native or Non Native

Applicants must be 20-35 years old.

Proficiency in English and good communication skills

Can speak, read and write Japanese language

Proven working experience in providing help desk support

Working knowledge of help desk software and databases

Bank experience is an advantage with multi-tasking skills
