Responsibilities:

- Will handle the inbound, and / or outbound, and / or non-voice transactions with Japanese customers.

- Must ensure customer satisfaction in transactions by providing the best solutions for their complaints and queries.

- Make sure that the documentation of each transaction is accurate

- Escalate transactions in correct parties following proper protocols

- Must ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures

- Must be keep oneself updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems

- Preserve all company information which includes customer information confidential and secured.

Requirements:

- Has a strong proficiency in Japanese language (speaking, reading and writing)

- At least 18 to 45 years old

- With good English communication skills.

- At least 3 years in college with no back subject from previous levels.

- Must be willing to work in Quezon City.

- And willing to work on shifting schedule.
