Director of Restaurant Operations
Seeking an experienced, multi –unit Director for restaurant operations in the DC/VA market.
The operations are in the casual, eclectic segment with bar operations. AUV $5M +/-
The Director of Operations will have full responsibility for their local market including all aspects of management staffing, compliance, sales/profitability and a mindset of continuous improvement.
The ideal Director of Operations will have demonstrated advancement in their career from a tenured single unit General Manager promoted to multi-unit responsibility, 5-10 locations.
This is an established brand and industry leader within the casual + bar segment.
