This BPO Company is a leading global professional services company that helps organizations improves performance through effective people, risk and financial management.
- Will do process receipt of payments on client accounts
- Will be doing research and resolve unapplied/ unidentified/under/over payments
- Will handle customer inquiries as required
- Make sure all work is performed in accordance with targets
- Report inquiries related with CTC processes.
- Can be Native/Non Native Japanese
- Must be fluent in both oral and written Japanese
- Preferably with background in Accounting/finance
- Has experience in ERP Platform is an advantage, but not required
- Must be good in communication skills
- Can do Multi task, a team player, keen to details and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts and skills
- Willing to work in shift schedule
