Work Location: Taguig City or Makati City
- Will be responsible in assisting staff, handling coaching and trainings of team members
- Must manage and evaluate team performance
- Must monitor account activity and agent performances
- Will handle escalated and reported issues and complains of the customer
- Will manage administrative task to support the account
- Must ensure goals and targets was achieved by the team
- Can be a Native/Non Native Japanese
- Can be a Filipino with good reading and writing skills in Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji
- Must be good English communication skills
- At least 2 years in college
- Open to 18 years old to 55 years old
- Has a strong verbal/written communications skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office Application
- At least 2 years of work related experience (preferred)
