Responsibilities:

- Will be handling customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls, email, and face-to-face

- Will directly reporting to supervisor regarding customer issues and feedback

- Will handle tasks assigned by supervisor/Head

- Will be doing research solutions to customer issues, record concerns, generate report accordingly

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in Japanese Language

- Can speak English

- Male & Female, ages 21 - 34 years old

- Must be High School graduate or College graduate of any field

- Has a background in customer service is an advantage but not required

- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

- Must be technically-capable, programming and Microsoft tools

- Interested and Knowledgeable in Sports is an advantage

- Willing to work in shifting schedule
