Duties and responsibilities:

Document process and quality standards according to customer needs

Ensure quality standards based on customer specifications

Monitor daily quality assurance activities and materials used in production

Document, monitor and track reject causes and make corrective actions according to problem

Update quality standards according to ISO and other quality management system requirement

Skills and abilities required:

Quality control and quality assurance experience

Very good leadership skills

Very good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Filipino

Ability to speak clearly

Ability to monitor and documents activities that can directly affect quality

Excellent reporting and presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to motivate subordinates

Ability to exercise sound judgement

Ability to train and coach subordinates
