Redstone Commodity Search are working with a hedge fund in Singapore seeking a Trading Infrastructure Architect.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and execution of low latency electronic trading infrastructure

• Responsible for the full architectural life cycle: design, implementation, production rollout and troubleshooting

• Supporting application services across secure networks, including WAN, DMZ and multiple Active Directory security domains. Strong networking management skills are required

• Working closely with traders, middle office and IT staff

• Role reports to Head of Trading

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in a similar position at a quantitative trading firm or hedge fund designing low latency / high frequency trading infrastructure

• Strong experience with large scale databases, including SQL, PostreSQL and NO SQL

• Strong core networking skills, including

• Prior experience with multicast networking and messaging (UDP, TCP, Tibco, FIX 4.2)

• Proficient in C++, Java, SQL, GIT (SVN), TeamCity Build servers

• Based in Singapore (Happy to relocate)
