Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact from initial engagement through final settlement.
Provide proactive, high-touch communication and anticipate client needs.

Oversee reconciliation and timely distribution of required documentation and proceeds.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in high-touch client services, relationship management, hospitality, financial services, or similar professional environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven settings.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
