At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking a high-performing Property Manager to lead operations at a 500+ bed student housing community in Columbus, OH.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who's passionate about driving occupancy and leading through transformation at a property close to Ohio State University. With a full unit and amenity renovation underway and targeted completion in May 2026, the right candidate will oversee the repositioning of this asset while managing day-to-day operations, backed by ownership committed to long-term investment and growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of a 500+ bed student housing property

Lead and support a team of full-time and part-time leasing and maintenance staff

Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports

Execute and oversee ongoing value-add renovation projects

Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

Qualifications

3+ years of property manager experience

Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, NOI, and reporting

Proven ability to lead through property renovations and repositioning
