Used my experience to assist company with new bridge construction. Worked with the excavation and dirt contractors. Worked near stream which was ecologically protected by the state. Assisted pile driving sub-contractor to assure there was no disturbance to the stream.

10/05 to 03/07 The Lane Construction Corporation, Washington D.C. area

Title: Civil Carpenter Foreman: Worked on additions to the main terminal, located at Washington Dulles International Airport. Multi-level below ground, plus underground transit system. I also worked at Atlanta airport, doing the concrete paving of taxi ways and run ways.

08/02 to 06/05 R.R. Dawson Bridge Company, Bessemer, AL

Title: Bridge/Carpenter Foreman

Worked on 10 bridges through out the state of Alabama, Ranging from 135ft to 3300ft in length, and 16ft to 135ft to bridge deck. Rivers worked on were Black Warrior and other branches of the Black Warrior. Sub and super structure. Performed excauvation for footings, form set and pour footings,columns , struts and caps. Assisted with the setting of steel and concrete girders. Worked over railroad tracks, streams and small rivers. Operated crane and dirt equipment on a daily basis.

07/01 to 08/02 Clark Construction, Headland, AL

Title: Bridge/Carpenter Foreman

Worked on two bridges located in Alabama from start to finish. Oversaw job site when no superintendent was available. Worked over Black Warrior river, drilled cassons on the bank of river. Also, set columns, girders, caps. Assembled temporary work docks on bank.

05/98 to 06/01 Scott Bridge Company, Inc., Opelika, AL

Title: Bridge/Carpenter Foreman

Worked on bridges in and over water plus, over railroad tracks. Main River was the Alabama river in a few locations and other rivers through-out the state. Ranging in length from 80ft pre-cast to 2500ft. Worked in and on coffer dams including driving sheet piling, setting of ringers, drove piling for spread footers. Worked off of barges poured for footers, columns, crash walls, struts, caps and set girders. Operated tug-boat and jeep unit. Worked on setting cans for caissons up to 12ft. in diameter. Operated bid-well, cranes, excavator, dozer, boom truck. Sub and super-structures. Worked on a lake bridge for private owner.

Oversaw construction of roof top tower installations. Tower sites were for Nextel, located in the New York area. Located and coordinated with all sub contractors. Worked alongside with subs from start to finish.

Worked on the widening of US 40, located in Little Rock, Arkansas. Also, worked on several new flood control gates. Installation of RSP up to 60 in for drainage.

Worked on additions to Water/Waste treatment plant located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Built bio-wet wells 100ft in depth, clarifier and chlorine chambers. Installation of RSP 4in to 60in. Junction boxes and sub-structure.
