The Food Production Manager at Ryan's is responsible for the hiring/staffing and managing of all food production persons, kitchen staff, prep persons, bar runners, maintenance persons etc. They are also in charge of the kitchen from top to bottom including cleaning and sanitation...passing QA inspection/health inspections/ordering and inventory controls...food cost %'s...making sure that the par levels are met as business increases or decreases...projecting sales for all seasons of the year as well as party and catering setups. The Food production Manager is responsible for the preparation of all foods in the whole unit oversees all recipe preparation from the back of the house to the front of the house and makes sure that all persons are following recipe and menu to the letter...this individual is responsible for the quality of all food's prepared at Ryan's and must stay on their game 100% of the time.
