Microsystem Architect
Worked on design, modeling, verification and analysis of MEMS sensors (accelerometers, pressure sensors, gyroscopes), including both ASIC and transducers.
Conducted architecture, analog frontend interface, signal processing and compensation unit design for MEMS sensors. Performed testing/verification for sensor ASIC and transducers.

SKILLS
Microsystems/MEMS development: Experience with design, modeling, and verification of MEMS sensor product (including accelerometers, pressure sensors, gyroscopes, etc.). Have good knowledge of transducer/sensor design flow, FEA analysis, sensor interface circuit architecture, stress analysis, MEMS fabrication/process, and process-structure code sign. Familiar with related tools (Ansys, Coventor, Solidworks, etc.)
GPU development: Experience with architecture design of graphic processing units (GPU). Developed architecture models for AMD GPUs and conducted architecture performance analysis. Worked on DVFS control for low power processors.
CAD algorithms: Proven record of innovation developing advanced synthesis algorithms for lower power, low cost, and high speed circuits. Developed CAD tools for dynamic range estimation and optimizing synthesis of circuits from floating-point high-level description for superior performance. Worked on power estimation and macromodeling, process variation analysis, and statistical modeling and optimization of integrated circuits.
VLSI design: Familiar with common design styles of CMOS digital circuits and SOC ASIC. Knowledge of high-level CAD techniques for reducing circuit power and area.
Software engineering: Experience developing large-scale software systems. Knowledge of object-oriented design, generic programming, standard template library (STL), good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Digital signal processing: Developed embedded DSP systems for high-reliable industrial applications and good knowledge of DSP algorithms and theory (such as filter design, wavelets etc.).
Numeric and symbolic methods: Good knowledge of numeric/symbolic methods. Experience with developing numeric/symbolic software.
Stochastic methods: Worked on independent/principle component analysis (ICA/PCA), stochastic finite elements, statistic model extraction, time series, random processes, probability distribution approximation, and reliability analysis. Developed software tools for these methods.
Optimization and system identification: Good knowledge in optimization methods and system identifications (such as Kalman filtering), Developed related software.
Mechanics: Good knowledge of structure, material and fluidic mechanics
Systems and control theory: Strong background in systems analysis including linear, nonlinear, and stochastic systems, and optimum control, experience in system simulation and model construction.
Industrial automation: Strong knowledge and experience in general power electronics, switch-mode power supply, motion control, electrical motor, programmable logic controller (PLC), active power filters, and industrial sensors.
Econometrics: experience with panel data analysis, modeling of social network dynamics
