implementing company policies and procedures. In addition I
handled all recruiting efforts including tracking, unemployment
claims -including hearings, and managed one HR Assistant. I
worked collaboratively with the HR Director and the HR Assistant
to improve processes, establish employee engagement within all
departments and bring the company to the community through
various team projects. I parted from this company on positive
terms due to spouse's job transfer and my graduation.
