Welding Process Planning for projects as per ASME Codes & Standards,ASTM, API,IBR. .

Estimation and Control of Welding Consumables.

Preparation of Procedure Qualification Record (PQR).

Selection and preparation of WPS as per customer requirement.

Co-ordination with third party surveyor (NPCIL,BARC,EIL, Lloyds, BVIS etc.)

Preparation of WPQ.

Preparation of welding Technology Sheets.

Handling workforce on shop flower.

Welding inspection on shop flower.

Follow up for consumables from various sales agencies.

Review of test certificate as per code.

Preparation of welder continuity record.

Development of new welding processes in shop.

Preparation of heat treatment cycle.

Current Salary Package

2.67 L.p.a
