Description Employee Relationship Management Planning (ERMP) is designed for transforming the organization by simplifying the Enterprise Resource Management functionalities by merging it with the functionalities of the corporate Intranet. ERMS enables the organization to convey and reinforce its unique corporate values and culture while communicating corporate properties and policies. The system is employee centric which enables to use the HR Manager functionalities to the fullest thus increasing employee productivity by providing wide range of information including employee directory and key contacts, current corporate news and events, unified search option. The system has functionalities of Applicant tracking where in the pre selection process of the candidate is integrated into the system. The system also caters to the performance management of the employee, which includes the total career development of the employee.
ERMP will be a single window to the corporate information, requisitions, payroll, Applicant Tracking, Appraisals etc. The system will enable faster, frequent and better interaction and relationship between company and its employees.
The scope of the system is to make a web-based employee relationship management system which will e-enable all aspects required for the efficient handling of the most important resource in any organization and that being the Human Resource.

I was working under the Applicant Tracking module.In this module the whole flow of hiring a candidate is monitored starting from Man power requisition to Processing of acceptances of appointment.
This application being designed in Struts Framework and Oracle 8i as the backend database, it uses HTML and JSP for presentation layer. This application is developed using Eclipse v3.0 IDE and currently deployed on BEA Weblogic v8.1.

Description CareX is an Enterprise wide clinical information system for healthcare organizations to automate workflow and processes for physician, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory and ultimately all departments in a hospital. This application is a user-friendly HIS that automates the entire spectrum of general hospital activities such as the patient history, Physical Condition, Symptoms, physical examination, Treatment, progress notes, Operations, medicine dispensing, lab tests, results, billing, accounts etc. It is an Intranet application to do the management process of Hospital. This application gives the facilities to its users in viewing all the information of patients (like registration, payment, type of bed occupied, duration, concerning doctor, disease), doctor details (like correspondence address, specialization, time of joining and leaving for every shift) and different branch details etc.
The functional scope of CareX is to support information processing for all clinical functions within a healthcare facility. This includes every department with activities that directly impact patient care.

I was responsible for Patient Management & Pharmacy sub routine. Under the Patient Management module the flow of the patient starting from the patient registration to discharging of the patient from the hospital was monitored. In the Pharmacy module the details of the pharmacy was maintained. The details of medicine stock, sale of medicines, purchase of medicines, expired drugs etc are tracked.

Description This system, “Online Centralized Insurance Business Application” provides various insurance services for customers as online services. The customers are provided with user friendly interfaces to submit their proposal form and customer information required in the form. It enables the customer to confirm the process of new insurance accounts and query information about the existing account information. It enables the user to renew or claim the insurance online which increases the quality of services and ready to use applications.
The Registration module under the application encompasses the task of customer registration for the insurance services after the necessary inspection and verification. The customers are provided with user friendly Pages to submit their proposal or renewal form. This Information is collected & the inspector carries out inspection. If proposal is accepted then premium amount is calculated and policy is generated.
