Aquent - Senior Creative Project Manager

Managed all print production and procurement for the world’s largest creative design talent agency. Winner of two 2000 NEDMA Gold Awards for Best Print Production and Best Business-to-Business Direct Mail. Integral part of new creative services team, which took in-house all work previously produced through Digitas and other advertising or design agencies. Consistently brought in projects on-time and on-or under- budget, while reflecting the top quality production that Aquent must project to its creative clients and talent. Managed all print and promotional projects including large quantity direct mail, targeted direct mail, on -demand direct mail, corporate brochures, value added premiums, banners, trade show materials and packaging. Polaroid Graphic Imaging - Senior Marketing Project Manager

Responsible for all print and packaging production and procurement, including marketing collateral, technical manuals, industrial packaging, consumer packaging, on-product design and labeling. Integral to team management of trade shows, events, and product launches. Initiated and established promotion of products to new vertical markets and successfully closed sales of graphic/ print proofing systems. (8/97-10/99)

Polaroid Corporation - Graphic Production Manager, Corporate Package Development

Managed all print production activities for Consumer Camera, Electronic, Medical and Graphic Imaging markets. Initiated and lead a cross-functional, international cost reduction team which ultimately saved over $6 million per year. Managed packaging production for worldwide launches of over a dozen new camera lines. Early adopter of transmitting files electronically domestically and internationally. Traveled globally for press approvals. Primary liaison between marketing and worldwide manufacturing. (6/92 – 8/97)

Prime Computer - Senior Print Production Manager, Corporate Communications

Supervised 2 production managers. Handled all multi-color print. Established print and paper procurement contracts to save corporation over a million dollars per year. (8/87-12/89)

Canton Community Theatre - Founder/ Chairman/ Producer/Director/Actor/Author

Established a non-profit community theatre, appointed board of directors, managed fundraising, produced over 15 major productions and multiple small events. Liaison with town committees for joint productions. Directed 5 musicals for Canton Public Schools. CTC now has hundreds of members. (1/02 – present)
