GOVERNMENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: - FlagshipPDG (FlagshipNWI Joint Venture) developed/expanded an environmental remediation services to federal agencies as well as prime federal contractors through out the U.S. for a firm based in Pittsburgh, PA. Developed an approved Small Business Administration Mentor/Protégé relationship with a small construction firm based in Arlington, TX. (New World Industries, Inc.). Created a State of Pennsylvania Joint Venture between the Mentor and Protégé firm offering services to federal agencies as well as prime federal contractors. Developed business plan, marketing plan as well as operating budget for the joint venture entity as its CEO. Developed contracting opportunities for both the large business, small business and as well as the Joint Venture. Combined federal contract potential value in excess of $30 million fiscal year 2008-2009.

2004 – 2006

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/MARKET EXPANSION: - Net-Compliance Environmental Services, LLC/NCES- PAS, a Joint Venture (NCES - NetCompliance Environmental Services/PAS - Performance Abatement Services). developed/expanded an Environmental services firm in the Vancouver, WA area. The firm is a Small Business Administration 8(a) (Business Development Program), SDB (Small Disadvantage Business), HUB Zone (Historically Underutilized Business), Washington and Oregon State Minority/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. Created an approved Small Business Administration Mentor/Protégé relationship with a large national Environmental firm and created a Washington State Joint Venture between the two. Developed contracting opportunities for both the small business and the Joint Venture. Combined federal contract potential value in excess of $30 million fiscal year 2007-2008.

2003 – 2004

SUBSIDERY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: – Global Pacific Environmental Services created a subsidiary business (Global Pacific Painting & Restoration) expanding services from asbestos abatement activities to include painting and restoration related to Lead Based Paint and Mold abatement/remediation in the residential/commercial - public/private sector. Produced Business/Marketing Plans developed Performa/strategic plan. Procured equipment, employed and trained personnel, marketed and sold services to the private and public sector. Added in one year an estimated $300k to the overall business revenue for budget year 2004.

1999 – 2003

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: - Central City Concern (not-for-profit/501-c-3) developed four internal self supporting business units/subsidiaries that employed the clients that the organization served. The units include; Second Chance on Broadway, a resale store that collected resalable donations, trained staff in retail sales. Central City Painting & Restoration, restoration and painting for both commercial and private sector customers. Primarily related to Lead Based Paint abatement/remediation. Trained and employed organizational clients. Central City Building Services, this business catered to rental property owners for “turn-over” maintenance and repairs. This was also an enterprise that trained and employed agency clients. Central City Janitorial Services, janitorial services commercial buildings public and private. Again trained and employed agency clients. Annual estimated revenue $1.8M 2000 – 2003

BUSINESS ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT: - St. Vincent DePaul Rehabilitation Services (not-for-profit/501-c-3) developed two business enterprises/units: St. Vincent DePaul Security Services provided unarmed services to the public and private sector customers. Developed training program and employed agency clients. St Vincent DePaul Maintenance Services, maintenance services related primarily to the local transit agency (Tri-Met).
